sporster 48 2016+ upper tree risers mount
I'm looking to use a set of sportster 48 trees on a build and I need a upper clamp that does not have integrated risers. Iv been looking through the forums and someone said that FS Streetbob triple trees (non-integrated top tree) may work. I cant speed more then $200 so does anyone know of a upper tree that will work. Or is it possible to take a regular 48 upper tree and cut off the clamps and just drill holes for the rise bolts?

The conventional 49mm streetbob fork tree center distance is less than the 49mm forty eight tree center distance so it's not going to work for you. As far as I know that center distance on the 49mm 48 fork is unique to the 48.

The ones from a Custom have big holes to take the riser, riser not built in but designed for 39mm fork tubes.
2007 to unknown is narrow glide and I assume when the fat wheel got fitted it went mid glide.
