Default Pulleys

First gen small hole pulleys NOS. 61 tooth chain to belt conversion pulley and 55 tooth Euro pulley. I can only guess why the inside flange was machined off the conversion pulley, maybe for ease of belt changes or something?

Interesting...I'd desire the flange on both sides.

Bolt on flange Thunderstar accessory pulley, big hole 61 tooth NOS. It should be straight forward to remove that flange from a junk pulley and install it on the conversion pulley.

Me too! I had a '12 Sportster whose drivebelt would rub on the front pulley's cover when I would let-off the throttle. Wished the front pulley had flanges on both sides: save wear and tear on the cover!
