New tires (first time mounted myself with balance beads), re-jetted for high altitude (6500ft, 180/45), poly bushings, ugly avon grips to dampen vibration from using poly bushings, Thunder Torque inserts to give bike real Harley sound with screaming chicken pipes. Rides and sounds amazing, super happy. Maybe I will upgrade seat next to Saddleman stepup.

I have a set of polyurethane riser bushings and a set of the stock rubber ones on the shelf for future use. You're saying the poly ones cause more vibration? I wasn't sure what the results would be and haven't really read much about OG bushings vs. poly.
Glad to hear your upgrades have worked out well. I like what you did with the pipes, mine are similar but left the mufflers chrome.

Yeah poly bushings give you more vibration, it is a big deal on my 2001 non-rubber mounted sporty, with 9" solid FM risers and protapers. . But I can't tolerate sloppy rubber bushings, so beefier grips is a compromise. That lollipop mod (TTI from DKCustoms) really get my bike to sound like Harley and less like sewing machine
I have a 1991, so also a rigid motor bike. Good to know, I have stock risers but may stay with the stock bushings now. It's not an imminent job, so not a big deal at this time. My bike does not really vibrate that much, or I'm just numb (pun intended) to the vibration after 35 years.

My 91 sporty does not vibrate at all, unless I start it
Nice bike. Those Badlander seats look cool but theyre probably the most uncomfortable motorcycle seat ever made.
I had one on my 2000 Sporty for a couple weeks. Couldnt ride more than a half hour or so with it.

Thanks! It is a stock 2001 s seat, not the best but not too bad for short rides. The worst seat I ever had was Lepera bare bones on dyna. Probably could do only 10mi without my butt being in pain. I had Saddleman /Lucky Dave after that and they're awesome after about 1000mi
