Are they quickly removable?
Yes...there are 2 locks insideeach bag that lock them to the brackets. Just turn the locks and then lift off of the brackets.

Very clean look. I also like the factyou haveaccess to your shocks for adjusting. My bags cover the entire shock and are not detachable.
