You're in for a neat adventure in life. Just take your time and don't rush it.
There's a lot of good reading material out there as well. Keith Code's "A Twist of the Wrist" has a ton of great riding info, and there are some others worth checking out as well.
My bestbit of advice to ya.....never.....ever....drink and ride.
I'll also recommend the video "Ride Like a Pro" by Jerry "Motorman" Palladino. Some of these are tips you won't get in the MSF course, and others will reinforce what they teach in MSF. Go, relax, pay attention, and do the best you can do.When I was going through it a short year ago, it was like, "God help me!" Now that I passed it and got my license, it's like, "God help us all!"
I still make some boneheaded mistakes, but after 12 thousand miles or so, I've at least gotten a LITTLE better! Ride safe and often...it's addicting.Teek
