Got the Sundowner on the RK, but also have a gel pad for Michelle. We rode 2200 miles in 10 days over the summer. Spent several days in the same place, so most rides were near 400 miles. She was as comfortable as ever. Try the pad, Dude.
Stripperella's got the Corbin for day trips - I think it's just a frying pan with leather on it; I swear I can feel the frame under it. She's got the pillow seat for when we go touring, and loves it.
I don't think the pillow seat looks that bad. Kind of reminds me of one of those Chevy Vans with dingo *****, **** carpet inside, and airbrushed murals of vikings and naked chicks on it.
Does it EVER end?........Here we MEN are in a Harley forum discussing/shoppingmaxi-pads for women!
You would think the chicks would take care of that-you know, just go find what they need and hide them under the bathroom counter or place them on our workbenches for us to install.....Why do they leave their distinctly female issues for us to solve?...My C&C low rider solo seat is about as hard and thin asroad killed coon, but you don't hear me complaining to any chicks about it.
....I'm editing cause you got me venting.....This thread just got me thinking about how my dog goes nuts whenever he hears me crank my truck.....All I gotta do is drop the tailgate and he leaps the fence and bounds up in the bed just happy as chit he gets to tag along....He don't complain if it's cold or hotwith no soft place to lay down....He slides around and hangs on for dear life just happy he's getting to go somewhere with me.

Ummmmm. So now you are comparing your wife to your friggin dog? Man, are you nuts?!
It's a timeworn adage, I know. But if mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy!
Take a pill and call me in the morning.
My newly purchased '05 Sportster came with a sundowner seat. Traded a friend the seat for installing my speakers for XM radio. Bought a pilllow seat from Chicago Harley and ready for that first long ride. Doesn't seem to matter how much 'padding' there is, a long ride is a long ride!
I'm just cutting up gents.........I respect you guys who tote your gals along and I also respect those of you who are considerate toward them.....I'm sure many male riders wouldn't enjoy riding without their mates.....I fully understand those pairs who found biking to be something they finally could enjoy together and I cheer for you.
I've got solo friends both male and female and paired friends(but none same-sex paired)....what we all have in common is we like to ride......And that's cool.
