I keep mine on my porch under the overhang and with a cover to the floor, the cover is water resistant but not proof so when it pisses down it gets a little wet but no where near as bad as it would not being covered. The cover breathes so never really seen an issue with condensation. It also keeps the sun of it and the house and eve keeps a lot of wind down....would I like a garage yes will I get one I hope too but the way my house is I would have to build on to my drive or I would have to ride through the grass to get to the shed and this red clay TN mud **** wrecks everything.....

Another vote here for the bike barn. No garage or room for a shed, but this thing keeps the snow and rain and wind off the bike, quick and easy to cover it up after a day of riding. It's sturdy enough, and comes with options to bolt it down so it doesn't blow away. Not that its been an issue for me, had some relatively high winds and it hasn't budged.

I waitted to get my bike till after I had a garage. So 2 months after buying my house I sold my 05 Kawasaki ultra 150 jet ski and got my sportster. I kept the ski at my father in laws house. But it wasn't that big a deal to go get it when we wanted to go to the lake. I would not want to drive to go get my bike though. [:'(]She sleeps right underneath my bed room.

I had my bike sitting out in the rain one time and because Harley didnt reinforce the fuse box I had an electrical issue that they had to fix and im in Texas.
Punctuation.
There is a questionmark ? after the word none?
You could be in a hurricane area?
Maps don't tell me, not well enough to determine what you have for water condensation.
If you don't get much condensation from the air when the engine is cold then a cover is all you need. A shed will still let some of the air condensation happen but it costs much more than a cover.

ps. even a garage will have condensation if it is not climate controled.

i live in an old rowhouse downtown (think brooklyn/boston type of set up) there's no driveway and no garages, most of the houses are adjoined. however, i have a small alleyway between my house and the next, and a patch of concrete in front of that between my stoop and my neighbor's stoop. the bike goes right there, covered with a heavy duty cover, locked up with a fork lock AND an alarmed brake disc lock. it seems to do just fine. if you want to steal it you've either got to saw though 2 locks while the alarm is going off, or have a bunch of really big dudes come and pick it up and load it on the back of a flatbed while no-one is watching. should you happen to pull that off... well, that's why i've got insurance!

I keep mine in my bedroom. My garage was converted to master bedroom. Gettin it through the door is tricky. Have to fold up front pegs and lean it put one mirror at a time through. Wife was at work when i did it. I sent her a pic on the cell phone and said U like...U no like. Well its still there.
