They all sound pretty darn good!
Here are my amps:

I have another VHT 4x12" just like the one in the pic above, but I keep it over at the band rehearsal place. I just got out of a band that gigged every Friday/Saturday night. It got to be too much for me. Now I'm jamming with some new guys that gig maybe 1-3 times per month. That's much more my speed now. I need to slow down with this stuff.

Sometimes I wish I was a few years older than I am since Gibson used to be about 10min from my house. A wife of a guy I work with used to work for Gibson handling "special orders" from sponsored guitarists. And he used to do a little work on guitars on the side. He said there used to be just random Les Paul bodies being thrown away for the most minute imperfection in the PAINT. Not even anything wrong with the body. I'd love to have gotten my hands on a few of those to play with.
Yeah, I noticed your location said Kalamazoo and I thought about Gibson being up there too. I guess Heritage Guitars now operates out of that old Gibson plant, right?

I have a couple of strats and a couple of acoustics. I mainly play bass guitar though. I have a Fender Jazz, Spector Euro4 and a Modulus Q6.
Rock on.
I have been a pro guitarist for 26 years and a guitar tech for the last 20. I was trained at Fender and have been aa certified Fender/Guild/Jackson tech for the last 15 years. Both Gibson and Fenders quality has gone down considerably. Gibson guitars have been hit and miss for the last 24 years. It is a well known fact that if you want a well made Paul you either go custom shop or pre 1983. Production Pauls have been very sade showing for the US guitar market for a while. I have seen several pauls over the last 5 years with bridge saddles cut un-evenly, twisted necks, poorly constructed neck joints, etc. Fenders have been going downhill rapidly for the last 5 years. Use of green woods from poorly cured stock have led to protruding frets, body and paint cracking at the neck joint, paint checking, etc. It is sad to see our American heritage tanking in such a way.
About 4 years ago, I because an endorsed artist for a small guitar company here in NY called Brian Moore Guitars. These are a high end guitar that to me, were un-rivaled in the field. You can see me and my custom shop 1-of-a-kind Dragon C90 AT THIS LINK. The guitar I am holding in that picture cost more than my Sporty! Sadly, because of foreign politics, this guitar company has been forced into re-organization. Basically to compete in the market this company had to import its lowest line of guitars, and had an oasis company for it's intermediate guitars, then built all custom guitars at it's Poughkeepsie, NY home base. Because the foriegn suppliers are choking on dealing with the USA, this fine company was forced out. I think this same thing has happened with Gibson, and Fender. Having to make cuts and comprimises in certain areas have effected the overall quality.
Overall I think Harely has held up damn well in this serial killer market. I have found the overall quality of my bike in the highest standards. And they haven't completely forgotten that we not only like to ride, but we like to modify and wrench as well. We have lost most of that in the car market these days. You practically need a special computer to change your damn oil. I will continue to support Harley, and hopefullythey will continue to uphold their end of the deal.

Actually, most of the master builders including Greg Bennett (Epiphone division/now works for Samick, largest mfr in the world) left Gibson for Heritage. And while Heritage has never gotten the recognition that Gibson has...It is widely believed that the quality of th heritage production guitars is much higher than that of Gibson ask any tech or guitar repairman. Also keep in mind that both Gibson and Fender have pissed on the dealers that made them the companies that they iare in the past 10 yearsby imposing such high purchasing quotas that only Guitar Center can afford to carry them. Fender even sells to Walmart and Costco. For a company that still relies on its dealers for it's customer support this is simply retarded. In return it has inadvertently given control of the overall market to Guitar Center. They no longer accept the pricing the Gibson and Fender impose and hold the control to TELL these companies what they will charge.. bad, bad, bad for the market as a whole and the musician in the end.
