recommended chrome polish
I have been cleaning my chrome with window cleaner. Is there any type of chrome cleaner/polish/protectant and the market that you would recommend.

You are doing all that is needed if you keep it clean using glass cleaner, soap and water during a wash or whatever. Polishing clean chrome is a waste of time. It will not get any shinier than it already is. Wax is a waste of time. It will not stop rust on chrome.......... Good chrome should not need extra care. It is supposed to be a durable hard finish that protects metal. Not one that you have to baby. Think about it. Cars had chrome work on them for years that sat out in the elements all the time. It took decades for them to ever rust. The sad fact is that our HD's have shoddy chrome on them to begin with. The chromed steel parts will rust quickly if left outside.
