Sounds like a vacuum leak, might want to check the FI boot that comes in off the air cleaner and make sure it is connected and there is no cracks in it.

And since it's still under warranty, do a VISUAL CHECK ONLY, or spray-lube check only. Do NOT unbolt anything. It would be easy for a dealer to want to charge you if it looks like you were tampering with things and might have broken something.
Come on now! A little Pink Floyd never hurt anyone! That's what the symptoms are of the O/P. No bike blues.

Come on now
I hear you're feeling down
I can ease your pain
And get you on your feet again
Relax
I'll need some information first
Just the basic facts
Can you show me where it hurts
There is no pain, you are receding
A distant ship smoke on the horizon
You are coming through in waves
Your lips move but I can't hear what you're saying
When I was a child I had a fever
My hands felt just like two balloons
Now I've got that feeling once again
I can't explain, you would not understand
This is not how I am
I have become comfortably numb
O.K.
Just a little pin *****
There'll be no more aaaaaaaah!
But you may feel a little sick
Can you stand up?
I do believe it's working, good
That'll keep you going through the show
Come on it's time to go.
There is no pain you are receding
A distant ship smoke on the horizon
You are only coming through in waves
Your lips move but I can't hear what you're saying
When I was a child
I caught a fleeting glimpse
Out of the corner of my eye
I turned to look but it was gone
I cannot put my finger on it now
The child is grown
The dream is gone
And I have become
Comfortably numb.

Probably too late to salvage this weekend, but for future reference, many dealers will take a part (such as a coil) off of a new bike and put on your bike. Then they can replace the coil on the new bike once it arrives. Of course that depends on if the dealer is a customer service oriented business or just a typical HD dealership. There are a few good ones out there. Also depends on their inventory of new bikes.
Another good trick is to take the bike to a dealer that is more than 50 miles from your home. If the bike is under warranty, they will place the order with a"bike down" status. When they do that the order goes out to all of the Dealers in the country, and the part is over nighted for repair the next day. Of course ya gotta be able to ride the bike to said dealer. They won't fall for that if the bike comes in on a trailer. Again, that will require a customer friendly dealer.

The lunatic is on the grass.
Remembering games and daisy chains and laughs.
Got to keep the loonies on the path.
The lunatic is in the hall.
The lunatics are in my hall.
The paper holds their folded faces to the floor
And every day the paper boy brings more.
And if the dam breaks open many years too soon
And if there is no room upon the hill
And if your head explodes with dark forebodings too
I'll see you on the dark side of the moon.
The lunatic is in my head.
The lunatic is in my head
You raise the blade, you make the change
You re-arrange me 'til I'm sane.
You lock the door
And throw away the key
There's someone in my head but it's not me.
And if the cloud bursts, thunder in your ear
You shout and no one seems to hear.
And if the band you're in starts playing different tunes
I'll see you on the dark side of the moon.

It wasn't so bad Sunday, I woke up and it was raining. but around noon the sun came out and the temp hit 65. That wasn't fun. I honestly didn't think I would feel this way. I'm not a biker, I just bought the bike for the gas mileage, but now it feels like a piece of me is missing.
