So the nightster is out a the dealership again for warranty work. First time, the bike wasnt staying charged. They told me it was because I power washed it, which I never did, they "reinforced the wiring" and gave it back to me. Happened again, took it to a different dealership, they replaced the battery. I crank it at the dealership, ride to across the lot and put it in the trailer. Get home, everything works, gauges, headlights ect. I turn the run switch on, fuel pump indicator is on but not running, bike tries to turn over but wont. Gotta take it BACK to them. This was monday. While waiting on monday, I notice there is a tiny dent in my tank that wasnt there before I dropped it off last time. I call and tell them, they say they'll take a look. Here's Thurs, havent heard a thing back from them. Starting to get a bit frustrated at this point, not to mention It's at 1,000 miles and I feel the 1k mile service thats gonna cost 300 dollars should be free.
Check into your local lemon law. I think after three times it goes back for the same thing and still isn't fixed they have to replace it.
I believe this is applicable to Motorcycles as well. Not to sure.
Sorry you are having this problem.

I thought about that but someone told me Texas lemon law also states it has to be within a 3 month period. Not to mention all the stuff I've done to the nightster.
