Well over the weekend I got around to installing all the parts I have been collecting over the past couple weeks. Here is what I have added and subtracted.

Next I'm going to start working on the handlebar controls, looking to chrome out most of it. That is what I love about the Sporster, you can do a few simple mods and completly change the look of the bike. Let me know what you think.
As long as you have a motorcycle jack it is not too bad. Basically you are just dropping the rear wheel. I jacked it up when I had the pipes off, because they would have been in the way.
