That set up should fit yours without much issue.
THey are not a 1 piece riser. It's just covers.
They are basically 6" from the top triple tree to the very top of the handlebar clamp. then there are chrome coversthat are bolted on there from the front to the back to give the illusion of a 1 piece riser.
I have the same set up on my '96 1200C. Should be the same from "96 up to 2003 on the 1200C.
