My husband is the same. He rode my Sporty home yesturday and said the same thing...actually he dragged the peg going around corner too. If he could have one as a second bike for himself he would.

Thats funny cuz my boyfriend rode mine home (as I wasn't licensed yet) and although he was very excited with it's kick, he CANNOTride as he is 6'5" and 300lbs! Looked like one of those clowns at the circus riding a tricycle!!! Really funny driving behind him! But I supposed thats good for me cuz with as much as he is out on his bike I KNOW he'd try to find a reason to ride mine if he didn't look so funny! Oh, and welcome! It's so sexy to ride along with your man!

I got my sporty about 2 years ago and taught myself how to ride, never been on a bike before, came pretty quick but I did the same thing, about 2 weeks in decided to see what the little sporty could do, ended up dragging the foot peg and throwing sparks on the guy with a crotch rocket behind me.

The most fun you can have on two wheels baby! All Harleys have their own advantages and disadvantages... The Sportster has a big advantage in the fun department!
