75HP to the wheel is very possible with a stage one air cleaner, free flowing slip ons, and a race tuner set up prooperly. I have got these numbers on more than one bike with Rush slip ons. Keep in mind all the gains are above 3500rpm and those peak numbers are at 6800rmp.
Your dynotuner was BS'in you. I dont think you could squeeze 65 horses out of a stage .5 like you described without an upgraded ign module (which makes it a true stage 1)... you would that and cams and heads to just bust 70hp...
Never underestimate the BS setup of a dynotester wanting to shine...

If I remember, High desert kid got 75 hp with pipes A/C and race tuner. I've seen a few others post simular numbers as well.
I am the dyno tuner. Im not at home right now but when I am I can post the runs for you....
I beleive it was an 07 XL1200C. rush slip ons, SE a/c kit, race tuner. Tuned on a Dynojet 250i.
Yeah well then, you know how easy it is to fudge dyno numbers. when you post it up make sure you post the correction factor and the dyno standard numbers....
I posted a sheet with 07 1200 numbers with a stage 1 ac, slip ons and map and ign module
it didnt bust 69hp. And it would need somthing extra to get it to (true) 75hp like a 2into1 pipe and/or a cam IMO
This is off the nightrider site, specs on a factory 07 review with and without upgrades and the upgrades they did were the whole stage 1...

I can do that...SAE and CF on 5 ...I have nothing to gain by BSing anyone...I don't even work on bike professionally anymore....I am just stating what I have seen personally...actually I was a bit suprised myself when I tuned it...can I see the AF graph to match that dyno sheet?
74hp here, A/C, SE slip ons, and a fueling kit and dyno work from the local harley shop.

My 06 1200R with Thunderheader, SE Air filter and #45 made 72HP and 77 torque. I think this is normal for a carburetor equipped bike. I've seen the efi bikes with the new controller programed, make a little more. My power is between 3500-5000 rpm. There is little gained above 5000 rpms. I'm sure I could gain some on top, with a cam, but I like the power where it is now.
