I bought a Corbin Gunfighter seat earlier this week, but had a brain fart and wound up with a seat for the 3.3 gal tank instead of for my Custom. Thought about selling then re-purchasing, but decided, whatthehell, let's get out the Dremel and makerfit.
It turns out that cutting about 1.5" off the nose (properly shaped) makes a perfect fit. the little tounge that goes under the tank is in the right place.
Only got an hour or so to ride yesterday before the storms, but it is very comfortable. the back comes nearly up to my waist
128,
id come out pretty good. the basic shape of the two seats are the same. After trimming the nose, I had to tale a little off the tail to adhust for te curvature of the Bobtail fender. I was pretty happy with the result.
