+1.....I got my first Harley, first bike in November. I now use it for daily transportation (weather permitting) and everyday I become more comfortable (but not cocky) riding it. Give it a little time, it will come. Good luck and welcome from Delaware..
Welcome from Western Washington. I just learned to ride last year, bought the bike at the end of April and took the MSF Beginning Rider's Course 1st weekend in June, and since then I've put over 10K on the bike. I can remember being nervous about turns, and traffic. The first time I got on the freeway I was really FREAKED. HAHAHA
I was just talking last night with the SO about how this time last year I thought that 25 was FAST, now I think back and wonder why I was so nervous about it. Give it time, get out there and ride, and ride at your own pace. It will come to you. Remember what they taught you in the MSF class and PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE. Parking lot time is STILL a part of my riding.
