I saw my first victory in person the other day, the lines are very O.C.C. without the raked front end, I don't like them at all...Didn't sound half bad when it went by though and definitely hauled some ***....I looked them up online and that touring bike they make looks like a frickin space ship and the "bottom line" bikes are kinda pricey.
Sweet. Look, MIA (made in america) should put that to rest.
Victory is USA, HD is USA from 1907. Lets just be happy and get along
Actually the Harley Davidson Company was founded in 1903, and during the first year they produced 3 motorcycles. All 3were 25CI (410CC) single cylinder bikes, andthe engine hadan output of 3 horsepower.
The new Indians died quickly.Victory will do the same. The Harley legend will live on.I will say though I love most of the old Indians.Way different company and bike though.Harley has old and new motorcycle history still rolling down the road.
I'd ride any Indian up to the 1950's with pride...after that....they're crap. Sorry Schu, but when they're putting S&S motors in them out the box, it says alot about the quality of their more recent engineering.
