I've been reading on here for a couple of weeks now but finally decided to post a newbie question. I bought a '07 883C and the 2nd week put a k&n filter, vance & hines slant shots and their fuel pack. Just wondering if anybody makes a velocity stack looking filter for the EFI. Ive looked around and haven't found one. Thanks for the help.
This is only my opinion but my take on velocity stacks is they are for the weekend drag racer. I wouldn't dare let unfiltered air into my intake for
a regularly used street bike. They look cool but thats about it. Its not the gospel, just my .02
Well maybe it aint called a velocity stack. The ones ive seen have a filter, they face toward the front of the bike and have a filter on the end. Some are pointed like a spear and others have like a cone filter on them.
