Mine was done by the guy (ex-mechanic) I bought it from, using new HD 1200 jugs and pistons. The motor had to come out, but no frame changes are required.
I did a google search and found anywhere from 200 to 240 mm kits all starting at around 2 grand or so and most weren't even complete at that price. I am going to just ride it as is for now and let the new were off of it.
