This is not a Tarrantino movie per se. He did not write it or direct it.
He is just "presenting it"...putting up the money to produce/distibute it etc. It was written and directed by someone else. So don't expect classic Tarrantino dialogue in it.
That is not to say it is not good, but I do not think it is innacurate to label this a Tarrantino movie when someone else was the creative force behind it.
aside from easyriders and harley davidson and the marlboro man,most motorcycle movies have a pretty lame story line anyhow.i have a a late 60's movie that i have never made it all the way through without falling asleep.

one of the bike mags that I buy has had sneak peaks of the bikes in this movie for a few months now. \\; Flyrite choppers built "the gent" and another mag had a feature on the guy that kept all the bikes running during the shooting of the flick.
