Hi there,
Just saying hello from the Netherlands to show my new bike. A nice 1999 883 sportster. It's a big step from a japanese sportsbike to a twin but I really liked the testdrive. Now it's a long wait, can't get the bike untill the 21st because of the workload at the dealer..... It's alsmost stock nowapart from the saddle, handlebars and airfilter.

Just too bad these things are so expensive over here, I payed €5000 or a bit over $7000 for this one and it was one of the cheapesed I could find. Up side is that in a few years it's still worth just about that when I decide to sell it on. In the mean time, whith current dollarrate's I'm all over ebay looking for nice parts to put on. Already found a Clymer manual for $ 38 including shipping that would cost me around 50 over here
