Hazards flash upon startup

Hazards flash upon startup
I recently had my bike tuned with the Twin Tec TC88A ignition module and I have noticed that when I click the start button and the engine light comes on, the hazards will flash several times then stop. The bike cranks fine and runs fine. Is this a common occurance with the module?

When the flashers blink 5 times when you switch the run switch to on, it means that a diagnostic code has been thrown. \\; You can check the codes on the speedometer in diagnostic mode.
