Server Error 500 is BACK
AARRRGGGHHHHHHH! \\; The dreaded 500 Server Error is back! \\;NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
And you STILL have not cured the stupid slashes and apostrophes!
[sm=headbang.gif][sm=wtf.gif] \\;Someone has completely dropped the ball on this - it has been recurring for weeks now! \\; C'mon, most of us visit other forums, and NEVER see these kinds of things. I can think of several forums I have visited daily for several years, and NEVER seen ONE error. \\; On other sites, if there is a problem, it is fixed in HOURS - on this site it is \\;never really \\;fixed.

I think this is amatureish! Don't they have any pride? \\;I know I am not paying for the service, and I believe the quality of the members here is head and shoulders above anything else I have found, but that is meaningless when it is unusable for a great deal of the time.

The excuse of installing new software is \\;a bullshit excuse. \\; I install and customize new software \\;for a living, \\;so you can't fool me. \\; It just does not take weeks and weeks. Not even if you \\;have no idea what you are doing. \\;Somebody better take action, or you WILL lose your advertisers and your members - if you even care at all. \\;

Yea Yea, the site is free to the users, but as a IT consultant I have to agree with Steve at this point. There is no excuse for this kind of a hosting problem to go on for this long. I hope it doesn't happen, but I'm sure there are many others like me that just don't bother to put up with the aggravation much anymore on a regular basis. This has gone on way too long for any excuse to be relevant.

and no, we still do not know when it will be totally fixed.
It's actually a problem with the server that this and a few other forums are hosted on. They are experiencing the same problems as us.
If it was me, I would have found a new host by now.
