So if I get the PCIII will I STILL need a remap...or does the Power Commander override that?

PCIII...Anyone have one and was it tough to intall/Set up?

I know a remap will run me almost $200 so if I can set up the PCIII without a remap it will make more sense to my wallet.
&nbsp\\;
Power Commander has a base MAP for the Stage 1 air cleaner and short shots.&nbsp\\; If you contact fuel moto (fuel moto will actually load the proper map onto the PC III before shipping I believe) or Power Commander after purchase, they can fainese the tune&nbsp\\;for you.&nbsp\\; I am currently running the above&nbsp\\;MAP with +13 in the 0 throttle from 1250-5500 rpm and have minimal decel pop.&nbsp\\; You do not have to dyno it, but I am working on a dyno session to get the a/f mixture perfect and to get a before and after HP/Tq number.

what about a heavy breather on a carb model? Do they even make one for that? The other question i have is, does anyone have forward controls with a heavy breather, it seems like it might get in the way. thanks guys

I have forward controls with the Heavy Breather.&nbsp\\; At 5'9", I&nbsp\\;have no contact with it unlike with the stock can which jammed into my knee everytime I rode it.&nbsp\\; I looked in to the motorcycle accessories on HarleyDavidson.com and could not find the heavy breather for the 05-06 bikes,&nbsp\\;but was able to find them for the&nbsp\\;07-08.&nbsp\\; You might want to look into another brand or the Arlen Ness Big Sucker's which was my second choice and a lot cheaper.

What happens in heavy rain with a heavy breather? I know that sounds kinda funny but is there risk of sucking in water?
