Hi,we are thinking to buy oem saddlebags 88312-07 to my wifes 1200 C -06 and also a turn signal relocation kit 68732-02A,but do we need any drilling in the fender for the turn signal wires ???

I had the Harley shop do it for very good reasons. I also had the run/brake/turn signal kit installed at the same time...I HIGHLY recommend it! If your gonna have the turn signals apart anyway, it's the PERFECT opportunity to do it! But to answer your question, it's a tight fit, but no....no drilling required.

There's also a lay back plate style part 60215-06:

The Run Brake Turn module mounts under the seat. Unrelated to relocation. Get the Run Brake Turn kit regardless of other mods!
Thanks boys,we have now ordered this parts but it was oem 68733-02A instead to the "international" bikes.I don,t know what the difference between this two oem numbers are but hope it will fit.
The holes for the wires are under the license plate bracket.
+1 on the Running/Brake/Turn Signal module.
+1 on the Laydown license plate bracket - wish I had known about this when I relocated my rear turn sigals.
