If you have time to post on here your bike ain't moving and you could be removing the reflectors.

Takes a few minutes with a hair dryer and something to remove the adhesive goo after pulling them off.
Help make the world a little more beautiful and rip those suckers off.

It's US Federal law that mandates the reflectors. Like many Federal vehicle laws, few states consider it their job to enforce them. Your local laws or state inspection requirements may vary though.

I left mine on because it is DoD mandated and with the publicity all the crappy riders are giving the biker community the bases are buckling down and have added to the states laws to get on base. Essentially your bike must be stock to get onto my base, all lights, all mirrors, all reflectors, speedometer, etc. It is even required for bikes with out blinkers from the factory to have them to get on my base.

Not sure what the law is here on that, but i took mine off and polished the front forks , looks way better, go right down to 2000 grit wet and dry takes the elbow grease out of the final polish

I have a Black nightster and from the side it isn't the easiest bike to see at night. So whatever will help me be more visible to cagers I leave on....just my opinion. They are there for a reason after all. Plus, when I see other bikes, I don't really notice whether they have reflectors on it or not....though I'm sure the removal is not really to be noticed.....just to clean up the look a bit. Cheers!!

California law- yes (but not sure how many). Mine are off in the front- still on in the back.
