Default Drag bar nightmare

Man, I am p*ssed! I have these great 1 1/4 inch drag bars that slim down to 1 inch diameter in the center, which is 5 inches wide. They should have fit perfectly on my 08' 1200C stock riser. Would have looked great.

No, apparently, I had mismeasured the riser by a hair. It's too wide by a very small amount. Was thinking about grinding it down to fit the bars, but probably would have looked like crap.

Anyway, the front of my bike is dissasembled and I'm looking for new drag bars in a hurry. Looking for 1 1/4 inch diameter that go down to an 1 inch diameter for about 5 1/4 inch wide in the center so they will fit on stock risers. The ones I had were 30 1/2" overall width with 4" pullback and would have looked great! I'd like to find something like those that will fit, but haven't had any luck.

Has anyone here dealt with this problem on the stock risers? I really don't want to go with the 1 inch bars.

Just buy 1 1/4 risers that accept 1 diameter bars in the center, as most risers will.
Get the pullbacks too, much more comfy.
I got 9.5 inch pullbacks on mine and they feel perfect.
Would look more uniform IMO.

I'd like to do that but the speedometer is on the riser on the 1200C. Where do I put the speedometer if I get new risers?
