What fits my 09 Sportster?
I know certain items only fit on specific years. I want to get a Sundowner, and they are on Ebay for about $150, but I want to make sure I get one that will fit my bike. Is it anything made for 04 or later?

I just checked in the HD 2009 Parts & Accessories catalog....
On the Sundowner seat they show 2 different part numbers for the 2007 and later Sportsters. They also have 3 part numbers for Sportster models 2006 or earlier, so you don't have to worry about those....
PN 51739-07 fits 2007 and later XL883C, XL1200L, XL1200C, and 2008 and later XL1200R models.
PN 51736-07 fits 2007-later XL50th Anniversity, XL883, XL883L, XL883R, XL1200N, and 2007 XL1200R models. XL883, XL1200N, and XL883L require separate purchase of passenger footpeg kit PN 50203-04. XL1200N also require separate purchase of retension washer PN 7487.
Both models have a MSRP of $269.95.

Yep, get one for '07-later... I think the pin that it sits on moved or something. I just got mine from the dealer (had a gift card). Good shopping to you, and good luck! It is a very comfortable seat.
