how to attach pics directions

Depending on how you have your settings setup, (you may need to go to the control panel to make adjustments), there is a little "paper clip" on the tool bar that is called "attachments". click that when you are trying to upload images from your computer or URL. Just remember there are size limitations you may have to adhere to. Attached is an example I think you were looking for.

Nothing showing, click the "user CP" on the left side of the blue bar at the top of the page, that is where you can make changes to your avatar or sig pic, also sometimes when you make a change you have to go way to the bottom of the page and find something like an "apply changes" button.
