Has anyone removed the stem from the lower tree? Is it pressed in? Screwed in?

Just curious because the manual says nothing about removing it. It looks as though it may come with the lower tree. Not sure though. Any help would be awesome.

Yes, it is attached to the bottom triple tree. I think it is pressed on, plus it has a snap ring on the bottom side of it, so, could be quite a booger to get off. From what I can tell though, it should come out of the top of the bottom tree.
