Default Fork Bag

Thinking of adding a front fork bag to my 09 Sporty. I've looked at the HD site and they don't mention whether the 8" or 11" will fit. Can someone give me some advice on a bag? Thanks

I used P/N 91773-85, page 696 in the catalog. Worked for me with zipties/straps.

The dealerships around here have 11" forkbags for $24. What a deal, and they work great too, as I've had mine on in all weather for over a year aaannnnddd... it's still a forkbag.

Yes, a fork bag can be handy to carry a few tools, tire gauge, and other small odds and ends. One caution though; make sure you mount it high enough that it doesn't contact the front fender when the suspension compresses or after a while it can rub a dull spot on the fender paint finish. Don't ask me how I know. Ride safe.

I don't like them, but if you do that's fine. Just mount it so that it cannot move, PERIOD.
