I found it on eBay for $199 (Buy it Now). It came powdercoated black with new spokes. Trued and ready to go.

As far as handling it's hard to tell...I had the Apehangers installed right before I swapped the wheel, so I didn't really have a chance to do a fair comparison. The ride is worse that's for sure...actually a little scary when I'm on a not-so-smooth stretch of highway. The 19" tire absorbed a lot of bumps and was less twitchy.
