Default pictures added- rebuild thread

Im on alot of mustang forums, and alot of the guys do build threads when their building a car...so i thought i would post a build thread of the new sporty i picked up. Its an 08 with just over 1,000 miles. It was layed over and needs a little tlc to get it back on the road. It needs mirrors, handle bars, headlamp, turn signals, tail light, handle bar riser, and paint. Ill start with a few pictures of the bike in its current condition.

The good side

tank

front fender

headlamp and riser

bend handle bars

Since getting the bike i have taken all the sheet metal off of it, and it will go for paint probably monday. It will come back vivid black.

drag bars are in, and made a trip to the harley store today and ordered the tail light, turn signals, upper and lower fork braces, and all the goodies i need...so everything is on its way...the sheet metal goes for paint tomorow.

cool man, yeah i love to watch builds, let me ask you this, are you just putting it back together for a modified stock sporty look or do you have some radical vission in mind that maybe someday you would like to do to the bike....no time like the present might be fun to chop that frame in half and start from there ....of course i'm broke and living vicariously through when i say that
