Have you actually removed the battery connections to check?

Years ago I had a 18month old Honda CB900F which had a healthy battery, relay and starter, but when you hit the starter button the relay just chattered. The battery terminals were good and clean and coated in petroleum jelly. I started the bike with an aluminium hair comb across the realy for a couple of weeks before I removed the battery cables and found a tiny amount of corrosion between the earth cable terminal and the battery post. Cleaned the earth cable and never had a problem afterwards. I guess that the small amount of resistance caused enough of a volt drop when the relay closed, and the starter drew a high inrush current , to release the relay solenoid.
yea had battery out of bike to ck and clean. what im getting is the starter fires but thats it, bike dead(except for flashing speedo) sounds like sol fires but motor not turning, and she fired right up with a jump start.
Sounds like a battery. Jump her again and check the charging voltage with a meter, by the time you hit 2000RPM you should be around 14VDC on the battery. You should be at least 12.6 with the key off and not much of a drop when you turn the key on.
I'm assuming the starter just goes "CLICK" and nothing, not "engine turns over but will not start". Also that the turn signals are operating correctly (otherwise TSM/TSSM may be bad) as it controls starter ground. I also assume you're not using a service manual otherwise it would have been fixed by now! I'm betting on the battery being bad but try these abbreviated manual tests for checking the starter circuit (I leave it to you to decypher):
STARTER TESTS
HAVE BATTERY LOAD TESTED FIRST! JUST BECAUSE IT READS VOLTAGE DOES NOT MEAN IT IS HOLDING IT'S CCA!!!! DVOM= multimeter Relay nos. on pin side of relays!
*All tests performed with ignition disabled and run/stop switch to run: pull relay from fuse box or isolate spark plugs from engine.
**Tests #1 through 4 performed with starter relay installed: readings taken at relay pin locations.
***Areas marked "should read battery voltage" means greater than 9.6 VDC
PRE-TEST: 1. BATTERY VOLTAGE WITH KEY ON___________VDC (LOADED BATTERY VOLTAGE OF 12.5-14.7 VDC) DVOM LEADS TO BATTERY TERMINALS RECORD VALUE
1. 86 Terminal checking for starter switch operation: red multimeter lead to battery +, black to relay pin #86 key on/depress start switch should read 1VDC, 2.0VDC for FLT max.
2. 50 Terminal checking for starter relay: red multimeter lead to battery (+), black to starter 50 terminal (green wire) key on/depress start switch should read 1VDC max.
3. Motor Terminal checking for starter solenoid: red multimeter lead to battery (+), black to starter terminal C (short silver wire on starter) key on/depress starter switch should read 1VDC max.
4. Starter Motor Ground: red multimeter lead to starter mount bolt, black to battery(-)
key on/depress start switch should read zero volts
*The following tests are performed with starter relay out and readings taken at fuse box relay location.
5. Power to Relay @ Terminal 86: red multimeter lead to fuse box pin location #86, black to battery () key on/depress starter switch should read battery voltage
6. Power to Relay @ Terminal 30: red multimeter lead to fuse box pin location #30, black lead to battery ()
key on/depress starter switch should read battery voltage.
7. Starter Relay Ground in OHMS: red multimeter lead to pin # 85, black to battery(-)
key OFF depress start switch should read 300K OHMS with TSSM or continuity for all others
*Starter relay back in fuse box.
8. Power to Terminal 50 (Green Wire @ starter): read multimeter lead to relay terminal 50 (green wire), black to battery(-) key on/depress starter switch should read battery voltage
well since your mastery of reading the manual has gotten you to the same point that im at (without a manual) im sure you wont mind my basically blowing off your post. assume away dude!
also i think in my posts i was pretty much detailing the events as they happened.
First incident, tried to turn over then died. ONLY light were the flashing of the speedo light (backlight key and engine)
this am went back to bike where she "turned on(light up as should when turning the key and upon trying to start, the started sol fired and NOTHINg else. at this point i jump started her andd rode her 40 miles home without incident.. she was dead upon trying to restart (nothing no light no started sol nothing.

Well now, sounds to me that robzuc97 posted some very helpful info for you to use. Not a good idea to be blowing people off when you are asking for help. Here's a tip, do with it what you wish, you catch more bees with honey.
Both my bikes are running so we're not at "the same point" and it's not me asking for help on the internet for a simple problem so forgive me if I do not offer any more help, "Dude", of course I'm looking for work at a "stealership", so why would you ask? I "assume" you're an a$$ but if sucka doan want hep, sucka doan git hep...
$100.00 bucks its the relay. when the bike is just sitting there, no ignition on or anything. And the battery has some kind of juice do you hear a faint whirring noise that cycles on and off every 10 or 20 seconds? very faint noise. you won't hear it unless you are in a quiet place.
Wilburz ill let you know threw charger on her so ill ck for the noise in the am. if i had a 100 id be betting but think ill be needing that cash for relay and battery
