i think it's the seats. both look like stock suspension, stock pipes. Both are 1200C's. The bottom bike has custom airbrushing, and what looks like a lepera or mustang solo seat. And they have different bars. That's the only real differences i notice.
Pic's can be deceiving and the bikes may have been modded but:
Speedo location/riser, headlight visor, 19" front wheels and mid controls indicate they are not 1200C's. However, they both appear to have 4.5 gal tanks and in 06, to my knowledge, that only came on the 1200C model.
I have an 06 1200 low and it has the 19 inch front wheel and the 4.5 gallon tank. When I have the Sundowner on it looks a lot higher, when I have the Brawler on it looks a lot lower.
