What those air bubbles are is the oil slightly foaming, but dont worry, all oils foam to an extent. In fact, most oils have an additive that prevents oil foaming. Usually it caused by some very, and I stress very small, pockets of air. Your oil change was probably the cause of that, especially if the oil filter wasn't primed correctly. All in all, like the others said, a completely normal thing that wont have any negative impact on the bike.
EDIT: To the guy above me who said his oil looked like a milkshake, that isn't the best thing. Oil usually foams a bit but then should return to a normal looking state once it has gone through the cooler. That sounds like your oil is contaminated.
