'00 custom mid controls?

Not sure why you would want to change to mid over forward, but that's my opinion.
The two manufacturers that come to mind are V-Twin and Custom Chrome. Anyone who sells their parts will have them. Their catalogs are online. I like Heaven Cycle but there's lots of their resellers out there.

I found a set on e-bay. But I had to watch for a couple of weeks until they came along. Late model sets are plentifull, but not for a '00. (Mine is a '99) Got everything but the pegs for $75, like new.
