Mine aren't short shots but I removed the baffles and now it's LOUD. If I lost power I haven't noticed it. Mine doesn't pop on decel. It's been to the dealership twice since for regular service. Both times I asked them to check things out because of it & both times they seaid everything's good although I've been thinking about trying the BCT baffles.
Yours should be pretty simple to remove. Try it to see if you like it. You can always just bolt them back in. You have an ECM balanced fuel injection with an O2 sensor in each pipe that will compensate where a carbed bike will need rejetting.
