I have ran mine completely out of gas. Got on a road in Ohio, light came on and didnt find any gas station for over 50 miles. Never hurt anything. gassed it up, ran fine. and yes i have been that low also. I tend to push my luck at times.
haha, i got stuck in indiana on my way down to arizona, had to push the bike almost a mile up the road and sleep at the station until morning when it opened up. i woke up to the owner with a shotgun pointed at me asking what the hell i was doing there. I thought it was obvious....
