Mine came with custom teardrops and I could't see squat! Very unsettling in the heavy traffic. So I put long-stems on it, basic stockers. Work great! What I don't care for with flippers is you have to lower your eyes away from the road ahead to be able to see.

as posted previously, just push the turn signal out of the way, it's on a swivel.

I've got the 09. I had to adjust the signals out a little to clear. It takes just minutes to do. I'm picky so it took me a few tries to get the stems and signals to look just right. I like the look of it better. I think its a much sleeker look. I always thought they looked like rabbits ears on top, and no matter how I adjusted them, always saw more of my shoulder than the road. No elbows tho. Now I get a much clearer view from both sides.

It takes a little while to get used to looking down, but you can see the whole road behind you in one mirror. Although I have drag bars and that lowers them a couple inches. I love 'em. I only have a solo seat so I don't have to worry about seeing past the passenger.

Don't like the flipped mirror look, to each his own I guess, on my bike I ended up buying a set of mirrors that came off of a V-ROD, the stem is longer and it solved my problem...
