Are you sure you're not going into second thinking its first? Sometimes bikes don't like to go into first from neutral so you might think you're at the bottom of the pattern when in fact things just need to align themselves to easily shift from N to 1st.
All advice that was given is good. Your clutch might also be out of adjustment some and that can make it hard to get into first gear-I know that's how my 07 1200 was when the clutch was out of adjustment. Even my 08 Kaw Z1000 does this at time and the roll method work evey time when it does that.
thanks for advice but when i stop at lights i find neutral easy but then i have to move gear lever up for first this happens rarley i will adjust cluth thanks for now.
so you have to move up for first? then can you move up again to hit neutral? if that is the case, sounds like a mechanical defect. I would take advantage of your warranty, if it hasn't run out yet.

I really doubt that you are finding 1st gear by going up from neutral. Most likely it is just as others have stated. It's almost 100% that you are going into 2nd gear.
But, if you really are hitting 1st gear......then you have MAJOR, MAJOR problems. Although, I highly doubt this is truely happening. Try the rolling method to engage 1st gear, or let clutch lever out, then pull in and try again.
