Well, here is the good. I got stuck in traffic today!!! For those of you who followed the Medusa Saga, you understand the importance of this. The Bad, the lowering kit I just installed, I had to un- install, which leads to the Ugly, see I hit this dip in the road today, and Medusa bottomed out, Kind of annoyed the p#%^ out of me. That was until I got home and saw the actual damage. I think I dodged a bullet here. The picture shows the tire damage that was done when I bottomed out, this was caused by the Skull Head bolt on the rear fender.

Actually, yeah it is. The dig did not go beyond the tread. Will I continue to push my luck with this? Probably not, I see a new tire in my future.

Well just to be safe I think from now on when i ride 2 up with the lick and stick seat I'm going to remove that rear bolt so that does nto happen to me. I have the stock 12" shocks on my bike, but when 2 up it sits LOW!!!!!!!! Glad your ok man and of the damge is not past the tread I think you are fine, but it's your call on the tire.

That sucks.. but glad your alright.. it could have been much worse..
Also I was going to ask.. did it bend your fender or is it just the angle of the camera?
