Thanks I am stoked on how it came out.
I am waiting for new pipes to show up so I can put it back together, put some oil in it, fire it up and make sure its sealed. i kept it protected so I am not too worried. Its was just a bitch to get it back on.
i bought the short shorts from texasiron. got a good deal. i am going to wrap them with titanium wrap. nothing special. just wanted to get rid of the stock pipes and cycle shacks. can i start the bike without pipes on? not sure if its going to mess anything up. I want to put oil back in it and check for leaks.
I need to take some better pics, but here it is all together. No leaks!
And I got more power with these pipes too.
super stoked on the was the cam cover out. Thanks for the tips Joe! I didnt follow your tutorial exactly, but the basics you provide with all your tutorials give me the idea's i need to start. It really wasnt hard, but its more stressful than anything. Its an expensive mistake if you f up!
nicely done Blackyck!.. I am glad you were successful on trimming the cam cover, it looks great! it flows with the sprocket cover and pipes combination... good job...
