Yes, you can put the larger tank on your Sportster but you'll also need to swap out the seat. Do a search on the larger tank swap, it's been discussed many times.

for the air cleaner your answer is yes....as long as you change the backplate so the AC can be installed
as for the fuel tank..your answer is NO
If you own a 2001 model...the way the tank is fixed in the frame is different from the 2004-later models...so..peanut tanks can only be changed to larger tanks from the custom model on 2004-later models.
but don't worry..if you still want a larger tank...the aftermarket has several options for you...I've seen the custom chrome one and they're really nice.
