I just installed the Billet Grips on my bike. They're the chrome version of the Diamond Black collection you had there (#1). I've got to say, I love them so far. I've got the matching pegs as well.
I have the HD Sportster grips and they are not bad at all, but not super flashy. They are great if you have smaller hands like I do. I had the HD Alieron grips and they were very fat and not good looking.
First link - HD black knurled look great. Form over function.
Second - Nostalgia probably most comfortable. Function over form.
Third - Arlen's look like they will make you really say "I got blisters on my fingers" very uncomfortable

Leaning towards the black diamonds myself. Got the gas cap, and I think it really compliments the style of the bike, and the color. Then it'll be the footpegs, brake cables...
