Wide glide front end
Hey guys,
I have a 1978 XLCH and I want to put an 6-8" extended wide glide front end on with a 5-9 degree rake this is my first project bike and am wondering if any one has some advice??

If you want a chopper you can ride n stay alive on your going to have to actually chop the neck and weld in your new rake and stretch

are you using a big twin set of triple trees or a conversion set of triple trees?
wit ha 6-8" extention you want a fork brace trust me and liek it was mentioned with that much stretch and rake dont go with the raked trees or even cups you'll want t odo a proper neck job for safety reasons
