hooked some lights up to the bottom of bb today, orange actually looks pretty good as underglow imo..
anyway mod list now is : mirrors flipped, front fender trashed, bottom belt guard garbaged, vance and hines short shots, screaming eagle heavy breather, screaming eagle plug wires, h-d shop ecu download, h-d tall *** sissy bar, smoked lenses with led tail lights, custom fabbed highway bar, solo bag, orange underglow...
Next few weeks and its custom fabbed Z bars and when the tires wear out im going with an aggressive tread white wall.. Also gonna accent the outer lip of the wheels in orange pinstripe as well as the tank..
Then this winter (hopefully!) ill get started on the 1250 built heads w/ cams etc etc.. and custom tune possibly with a lil n2o shot for ***** an giggles!!
Anyone else got any idears?? id like some input on the scoot even if ya hate it!
btw I know the garage is dirty... i havent had time to clean ive been riding!!
You have a bad-*** looking bike!! I've always liked the under-glow accent lighting when kept to a minimum, which kit did you use? A little orange paint as you suggest to stripe the rims and tank, along with the SE plugs you already have, will make a really nice contrast against the black. Just an idea since you asked for them--I've thought about painting the grayish stripe around the rocker box covers in the same accent color also, but don't know if it can be done or not. I've also looked into wire wheels with colored rims and hubs and black spokes. I'm looking to do something similar but in red. Again, great looking ride!
^^
thx!
underglow kit was a streetfx kit think it was like $75..
I thought about the rocker panels too but I think it will be too much orange.. I was thinkin about the lower valance spoiler that HD sells and painting it flat black with orange pin stripes?? Your scoot looks tough too man! And let me know if you switch wheels I'd like to see wut it looks like

Do the local LEOs give you any grief about the lights? It was pretty popular here with the lowered cars (remember the wide tires sticking out of the wheel wells?) but ASP Troopers wrote a lot of tickets. You dont see the under lights around here much now.
