Nothing else to do today so I decided to polish up the bike for the first time. I have only had it 3 weeks, and rode 2000 miles, which piles up a lot of road dirt.
I just used normal car wash, turtle wax, and turtle wax chrome polish.

I wash my bike about two times a week and spend several hours on the week-end polishing chrome and paint....

I only wash mine when it gets nasty... which is every 2-3 weeks. Even then all the old timers around here give me crap about washing it too much.

No wonder it takes you several hours, you've got tons of chrome on that beast! Looks great.

Thanks, being in Pittsburgh Steeler country, everybody tells me my paint scheme is Steeler colors. Which I do love the Steelers, but thats not why I chose this bike.
