Are you annoyed by the ads that pop up when your mouse passes over the words with green text underlines? If using Explorer 8, here is an easy way to get rid of them:
At the top of your screen go to Tools, Internet Options, Security, Restricted Sites, then Sites.
Where it says "Add this website to the zone", copy in between quotes " *.us.intellitxt.com " and paste in then hit add. While you are at it, next type in " http://kona.kontera " to remove another pest of the same genre. Close and window and hit apply on the way out.
There are several other ways to turn off these mouseovers, including going to the intellitxt site, but than only places a temporary cookie in you browser. Adding sites to the "hosts" file also does the trick, and there are solutions for other internet browsers. Intellitxt and kontera are just some of the annoyances. If you have others, let it fly!
